For requests to create manufacturer’s product passport(s),
we will send a personalized e-mail to your contact at the manufacturer. If you have not entered a contact, we will consult our directory and contact the contact if possible. You will be notified of the progress of the application within 10 days. Please note that it is possible that the manufacturer will not respond to your request and that the satisfaction of your request is not entirely up to us. In this case, a generic passport will be recommended to characterize your product.

For requests for the creation of generic product passport(s),
the request will be processed within 72 hours by our teams. You will receive a confirmation email containing the login details for the passport(s) created.
