Manufacturing passports
These circular passports are created directly by the product manufacturers. The environmental data provided is accurate and specific to the product.
They correspond to catalog products identified by a reference and resulting from a defined manufacturing process (e.g.: furniture, textile, technical equipment...).
Generic passports
These circular passports correspond to products for which neither the manufacturer nor the reference is known.
They can be used to characterize products for which the reference is unknown (for example, in the case of products from deposits) or for which no manufacturer's passport is available.
The environmental data that is entered is generic and comes from the INIES database or ADEME data.
For requests to create manufacturer’s circular passport(s), we will send a personalized e-mail to your contact at the manufacturer. If you have not entered a contact, we will consult our directory and contact the contact if possible. You will be notified of the progress of the application within 10 days. Please note that it is possible that the manufacturer will not respond to your request and that the satisfaction of your request is not entirely up to us. In this case, a generic passport will be recommended to characterize your product.
For requests for the creation of generic circular passport(s), the request will be processed within 72 hours by our teams. You will receive a confirmation email containing the login details for the passport(s) created.
