The Russian billionaire Andrey Goncharenko purchased the outstanding lease from Lord Bagri in 2012 and, in July 2023, Indian billionaire Ravi Ruia paid £113 million for the mansion.
all the resources from the mansion has been dismantled and properly stored. They are now avaiable in ROMULUS to have second lives.
