Our platform features AI to model the products and materials of existing stock, and functionalities to inventory their constituents. Data can also be extracted from existing BIM or asset management tools (Ikos, Ulis, Active3D, Stonal, Oxand).
Thousands of digital passports in the Upcyclea library characterize the ESG performance of inventoried products.
Once imported into the Upcyclea-Net0 platform, each building has its own Digital Materials Bank, enabling calculations and resource management with a view to decarbonization.

Our measurements are verifiable by a CSRD auditor.

The Upcyclea-Reporting platform calculates, in just 1 click, the embedded and Scope 3 carbon footprints of the park's buildings, as well as several ESG indicators, based on the reality of its constituents. Our carbon calculations use ISO 14044/EN 15978, RE2020, LCBI and RICS (in progress) methodologies.
